We must inform customers that the Thursday 7th May fixture at Brighton Racecourse has been abandoned following damage identified on parts of the track. Investigations are ongoing, and we are working with experts to determine the best approach to improve conditions and treat the areas currently unfit for racing. Our priority is to ensure the safety of all participants, and we are committed to resolving the issue as efficiently and thoroughly as possible.
Our Clerk of the Course, Grounds Team and external specialists are continuing to review the track surface. We will share further updates as soon as more information becomes available.

Children 17 and under go free* to the races when accompanied by an adult (*exclusions may apply). Children do not require a ticket in advance and a free ticket will be issued on the day.
