There is ramp access to both our main café and bar areas, with accessibility serving points.
There is an accessibility viewing platform on our 3rd floor grandstand, please use the Premier suite lift to access this area. The areas are well sign posted, and our staff are on hand to help where needed.
If you need raceday information in different format, we offer large print/braille/audio formats of our access statement, brochures, TV screens menus and tariffs.
We have a number of accessible toilets across the racecourse, which are located at our Grandstand and Paddock Suite, the Owners & Trainers Bar and our Third-Floor executive boxes.
We also operate a sunflower lanyard scheme for guests with invisible illnesses and disabilities. Please ask at the main reception for your complimentary lanyard.
